SMS Text Service Terms and Conditions
SMS text service terms & conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to the SMS text service. In this agreement
"we", "us", "our" mean voucherxtreme.co.uk and "you" and "your" mean the customer
who is registering for this service.
1. Registration Of Your Mobile Phone?
1.1 When you register for the SMS text service you'll be asked to nominate a mobile phone
number so that you can receive your text messages. Only one mobile phone number
can be registered.
1.2 We can only provide the SMS text service to a mobile phone
registered on a UK network and not to a fixed line telephone, a computer capable
of receiving text messages or a 'virtual' mobile phone number beginning with '070'.
Some older mobile phones may not be compatible with this service (the nominated
mobile phone must be a digital mobile phone, if you're unsure contact your service
provider).
2. SMS Text Service
2.1 When you register for SMS text service we'll
send you a text message whenever an offer relevant to you is made available, unless
you opt out.
2.2 We may have to interrupt the SMS text service, for example, to
carry out maintenance or in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we'll
try to keep such interruptions to a minimum.
2.3 We may send to you, by post or
e-mail, from time to time, information about the SMS text service explaining how
the SMS text service works and any steps that you need to take in relation to the
service.
3. Your Security Obligations
You should tell us immediately if your nominated
mobile phone is lost or stolen, or if you change your nominated mobile phone number.
If you don't tell us we'll continue to send text messages to the nominated mobile
phone number. We will not be liable in such circumstances.
4. Liability For Loss<br />
We will not be liable to you in any circumstances for: - Loss of business, loss
of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of profit; - Any type of special, consequential
or indirect loss whatsoever.
5. How Can The Terms Of This Agreement Change?
We may
change the terms of this agreement at any time by telling you about the changes.
Changes will normally be caused by market conditions, changes in the cost of providing
a service to you, changes in legal or other requirements affecting us, or any other
good reason.
6. How Can This Agreement Be Ended?
6.1 You must contact www.voucherxtreme.co.uk
if you wish to withdraw from this service.
6.2 We can decide to withdraw the SMS
text service at any time. We can decide to withdraw the SMS text service with immediate
effect without prior notice to comply with the law, to protect security or to combat
fraud.
7. The Law Covering This Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the law
of England and Wales.
